MOSCOW — Iran’s government has made expanding economic relations with neighboring and like-minded countries a key priority, Economy Minister Seyed Ali Madanizadeh said during a visit to Moscow, stressing that Tehran is seeking constructive engagement with countries willing to maintain effective economic ties with Iran.
